CAT Scale Company is growing rapidly and is looking to add a full-time Phone Technician to the team! Customer service is our top priority. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who wants to grow with a stable, family-owned company that offers a variety of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
Answer incoming calls from customers and log all resolutions.
Troubleshoot questions regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues from customers throughout the United States and Canada
Assigned special projects as needed
Call the locations of CAT Scales throughout the United States and Canada to continue service and repairs as needed.
Assist drivers in signing up for a Weigh My Truck account.
Communicate with various departments within the CAT Scale Company.
Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.
Shift flexibility performing services for a 24x7 Help Desk
Requirements
Positive attitude is a must!
Work under limited supervision
Must be a self-starter
Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to troubleshoot apps on a smartphone iPhone or Android is a plus.
Solid documentation skills
Ability to search internally and externally for support information
Experience handling challenging and unique situations
